Heath & Vanessa Burton stumbled across Lake Oconee in 2003 while searching for a location to open a second Subway restaurant. "We would drive to the lake periodically to watch the growth and potential and came across the location in Harmony Crossing and decided the time was right and moved into the area. Our neighbor owned a Japanese restaurant which got us interested in opening one ourselves, we spelled Oconee backwards and EENOCO was born!"
